Draycott Cottages progress continues
A brief update from Derek Troughton about the continuing progress at the Draycott Cottages in November 2020, with pictures!
“Chris Madge and Gary have made good progress with the roof insulation. Cottages 1 and 2 have been completed and Chris has now started on cottage 3.
Nick, with an occasional inspection from Scott, is continuing with laying the floorboards. Cottage 1 almost complete and he has started on cottage 2.
Brian has been ferrying barrowloads of soil to level the ground between the sleeper wall and the footpath. He has completed most of it and has planted grass seed, which is just sprouting.
Don and I continue with our build of the new toilet block, progressing well towards the top of the door frames.”
