A successful session of hedge laying and trimming accompanied by the traditional bonfire. David & Eddy, not pictured were at the far end trimming the hedge, while Chris RFP and Keith were clearing young growth from the bank. Chris M and Nick Merry were the hedge layers while Pete & myself set to with the bonfire. All in all a satisfying session.
I would also like to add that the Wednesday working parties are making significant progress at Borrowash with the canal & lock so much clearer. If anyone else would care to join in they’d be most welcome.
