Please choose DSCT as your Co-Op nominated cause!

If you’re a member of the Co-Op near Derby, we could really use your support!

The Derby and Sandiacre Canal Trust have been successful in being selected as a local charity for the Co-op Community Fund for 2019 > 2020 based at the Breaston Co-op store in Derbyshire. The fund is made up of part of your members refund that the Co-op give you for purchase of their own product. The fund period runs from the 1^st November 2019 to the 31^st October 2020. The monies raised will go towards additional equipment for our new tractor to help in the upkeep of the canal corridor.

Even if you have supported us in the previous years by nominating the DSCT as your nominated charity, you will need to re-register that you want donation going to the Derby and Sandiacre Canal Trust.

Go to www.membership.coop.co.uk/causes. Sign in with your email & password.

This should take you to the ‘Choose a local Cause’ page. This shows the charities around your post code. If the DSCT does not appear in the first list within 5 miles of your post code change the ‘Distance from you’ box at the bottom of the page to 15 miles. This should give you a lot more charities which should include the DSCT with a picture of Keith on the tractor. Click on the text or picture and this will make the DSCT your nominated cause.

Please re-register with the Co-op to ensure that we benefit from the the 1% of your shopping and services to help our restoration go forward.
