“see pic’s from Nigel D from an impromptu WP at B’wash East this a.m [9th January 2020].

I’ve been meaning to clear the Station Rd end-bank of stumps for about three years now and we finally made a start this morning by removing about eighteen stumps, (about seven left to do). This is the first use “in anger” of the 3-ton Jet hoist which has been made serviceable over the last few months by Nigel and myself. At this site would be impractical to use the tractor for stump removal.”
