This afternoon at Draycott we welcomed back the team from the structural engineers that are looking at advising us to restore the Draycott stretch to water – this time they brought some additional equipment that involved working from the air as opposed to on the bank side.
As you can see from the photograph showing the larger of the two drones, it is not the normal sort of equipment that we use.  These have been deployed to take a birds eye view of the ground levels, from a height of 50m, this will assist in working out the work needed to be done.
