The next meeting will be our annual walk led by Derek Hathaway and David Hayes. Following the success of the walk a couple of years ago we will be exploring the remnants of the canal in Derby and looking at how the new route is planned to get through Pride Park and into the city.
The walk will be about 3 miles and not strenuous, and while some elements are not wheelchair friendly don’t let that deter you as there will be plenty of help.

The walk will be commencing at 7.30pm on Tuesday 23rd June and should be completed (or in a pub) by 9.30pm. Public transport back to the start or a return on foot will be available.
