We arrived at around 09.30 to get the marquee set up in case of bad weather, flasks, bacon butties all at the ready. After 30 minutes of sorting out what goes where, we managed to get the tent set up and started getting all the promotional items and goods for sale laid out.
The Sun was on our side today, a massive response from people from a very wide area came to visit us, and we are pleased to say that new Membership reached a record high number of applications that signed up on the day. Our new pages on Facebook and Twitter seem to be getting peoples attention! Sales of our merchandise also recorded a new record, this will enable us to spend even more money on much needed causes.
