The Society has, with the author’s permission, produced and published an updated version of Michael E Smith’s book ’ The Derby Canal’ which details the history of the canal from its inception to the present day.
Copies can be obtained from Paul Birtles 54, Springfield Avenue, Sandiacre, Derbyshire NG10 5LZ at a cost of £7.50 incl. P & P.
He also has a few copies of 2013s calendar for £2 incl. P & P
